Weather on St. John in April
I was wondering if any of you could advise whether or not there might be a lot of rain at this time (around April 21-28)on St. John. The weather web sites state that there is more rain at this time than in January. During our last visit (in January), we had some rain every day and one day was a real wash-out! Thanks in advance.

As global warming grips the world past experience 5 years ago is not "really" relavant, unfortunately. But April is Not a bad time to go. Rain is always a possibilty but that is normally from late June to mid-Sept.
April should be quite good based on past experience. High's should be 85-88 and water temps near 75-78 degress.

I went to St John the last week in April and it only rained one morning of our week long trip. Really it's a great time to go because it isn't too busy and the temp is perfect, although it can be quite humid and mosquitos can be annoying. Have fun!

HUMMM..let's see....tropical environment and there's mosquitos?
Anyway....put your 29 DEET level spray on.
April in St. John is fantastic...ocassional showers but that's almost an everyday thing....the exception is a week's worth of rain November yes---April no..
BUT--stay at the "DRY" end of St John in Coral Bay at the "eco tents" in Concordia.
