Villa in Jamaica
Looking for a villa for myself and at least 8 friends. September 1st through 5th are the dates I'm looking at. I want the privacy of a villa and the pampering of a cook, but would also love a night life. Any suggestions?

I don't know of any villas to recommend, but wanted to remind you that September is hurricane season in the islands. Jamaica has been badly hit in the past. I would definitely take out travel insurance if that is really the only time that you can go.

Hi cdbeauty - we stayed in lemer luxury villas last year (w/c is quite different from the usual accommodation we get - sandals, breeze, etc). My husband and I were looking for something laid back, relaxing and away from so many crowd. it was perfect since our friend who just got back from jamaica stayed there and recommended the place. They stayed there for 20 days and ours were 5 days.
It was a very beautiful place w/ great pool and stunning ocean view in front of the villas. You can even watch the sunset from the balcony. Here are the pictures and videos: http://lemerluxuryvillas.com/photo-video-gallery
Night life is not a problem too. Clubs and night bars are just a taxi away. Lots of great restaurants down the road also. just let the owners know everything you need and they will work it for you

You might look at Trelawny, which is about half way between MoBay and Negril. We had friends who owned a villa there and it was really sumptious. My only reservation about it is that I don't think you'll find much of a nightlife there. It's got a small beach, tennis and golf, but maybe not much else. You'd have to be willing to spend the $$ to go into Mobay, or take a longer ride into Negril.

Super deals off season on Round Hill pretty magical
for price and upscale value and history.
Winter would be better always insuremytip.com in Sept.
and expect more rain during the fall.
