If you're talking about Anguilla, I have. It's on Meads Bay and it's a 4 story building with self-catering units. Adjacent to the east side of the building, they are building another 4 story building and a swimming pool expected to be completed by November. Just on the other side of that, Viceroy is building condos/villas. Further on down the beach, next to Bananas, another villa project is under construction.
Having said all that, the units at Turtle's Nest were amazingly spacious with the best a/c I've ever had on the island. Huge bath/dressing area; very nice balcony. They actually look just like they do on the web site. I'd ask for a unit on the west side, however, due to the construction to the east.

They are right smack on Meads Bay. The 1st floor units have direct beach access; the other floors, you walk out the back & around the building to the beach. We were on the 2nd floor & loved the view (especially the sunsets) from there.

There are posts on this board about Turtle Nest Beach Resort. I'm not sure why it's called a resort.
I will say I saw this how this building was being build for the 5 years it took and I would not stay in it. It is an eye sore on Meads Bay.
