turks and caicos weather??

We're planning a trip for next Christmas, and thinking of taking our 3 young kids to the Caribbean. As of now, our top choice is Turks and Caicos, although I've recently heard that the weather is not great in December. Can anyone help provide some info on weather? Other options for us are Anguilla and Cayman Islands. Let me know what you think.

by this chart sea surface temp around t&c it's currently around 77. you might assume it would be a couple degrees cooler in dec. grand cayman is south of cuba approx where it says 80 now, so that water is a bit warmer. anguilla is around 81 now.

using wunderground.com trip planner for dec 21 to jan 5 for air temp
provo avg temp 80
grand cayman 83
anguilla 80

Actually boston 1992, we heard that someone that owns many units is way behind on paying her bills as she was mortgaged to the hilt...could she be 1 mil behind?? The reason we didi not buy yet is that we do not want to have a mortgage , we figure rents will pay the bills. We are interested in a Cottage , what about you?
