Ti Kaye Resort--how did you book this trip??
Hello,
My husband and I are hoping to go to Ti Kaye in April, but I have emailed them several times in the past few weeks with no response. I usually like to book our trips directly with the resort and get our airfare separately online (we usually don't book packages).
Has anyone else had a problem reaching Ti Kaye via email/reservation request on their website? Any suggestions about how we can book this trip--we really want to stay here!!
Thanks in advance, Fodorites!!
Melissa

Hmmm, that's very puzzling that they're not responding to you. When I booked Ti Kaye for a trip with my husband and granddaughter they were very efficient in their replies to me. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip there because I didn't want my husband walking up and down those stairs after having a heart attack! But it's still on my list of places to visit one day.
Is it possible that Ti Kaye is in the middle of a seasonal closing right now and that's why they didn't respond? When you emailed them, did you put your dates in the subject line so that it wouldn't look like any kind of spam?
After emailing back and forth a couple of times, I also called the resort, which I found to be more efficient. Maybe a quick phone call would be the solution. Shouldn't cost very much money, either. Good luck!

not sure if you already got intouch with them..but we had no trouble what so ever! We got an email response from Kashama (very nice) then we just called the place and I spoke to Lita at the front desk and she was very helpful! we are paying for one of the packages but upgrading to a cottage with a plunge pool. She also said that you can choose your trips when you get there and can pretty much do any of them depending on price. Can't wait to go!! If you want a plung pool I would reserve early - they go quick! good luck and enjoy!
