sunset time
I am trying to make dinner reservations and can get the Cliff table 50 or 51 from 6:30 but have to give it up at 8:15 due to previous reservation. This seems too time restrictive, yet am wondering what time is sunset?

Just to clarify, there is only a "Caribbean Board" so no matter which island you "click on" all the posts come up on the same board.
As for sunset next week in Barbados, you will miss it if you arrive at 6:30. I'd suggest you get to the restaurant by 5:45 so you'll be settled at your table with cocktails by the time the sun sets (which will be closer to 6PM).

I just realized I gave you the wrong time for sunset. I just witnessed the sun go down from another Caribbean island and it was around 5:35 PM. Since Barbados is further east in the time zone then where I am right now I'd venture it set there around 5:25PM this evening. The days will keep getting shorter from now until December 21 so if you are planning to have drinks and watch the setting sun next week you should be at the restaurant by 5:10 or 5:15 at the latest.

Sunset today in the area was 5:34 p.m. Therefore, I would suggest a 5:15 p.m. reservation so that you can get your cocktails and be settled in by sunset time. Perhaps you will see a green flash if it's clear.
