Sandy Hill beach in Anguilla good for kids?

Trying to find a beach good for kids? Wondering about Sandy Hill Beach, but also the general area. How is it?

Small; no shade at all; good snorkeling but that means rocky fairly close in. I think the best beach for kids in Anguilla is Shoal Bay East as it has no drop suddenoffs, is usually calm and has no undertow.

Our kids have always liked snorkeling at Sandy Hill--it can get windy at times.
