Recommendations on all-inclusive beach resort?

We would like to plan a week at an all-inclusive beach resort and are looking for something quiet and low-key. We're not into partying and loud music but enjoy beautiful beaches, scenery and good food.

Do you have an recommendations?

We enjoyed Grand Lido Negril in Jamaica. Great beach, nice accomodations, good service. For a more intimate, upscale (and pricier!) choice, check out Curtain Bluff in Antigua. Has both an Atlantic and Caribbean beach, lovely grounds, very good food and probably the best wine list in the Caribbean.

I would highly recommend Couples Negril. I've been many places, this resort is truly "all inclusive." Everything from scuba, snorkeling, to catamaran cruises are included. The beach is completely wonderful, crystal clear blue water....calm as can be, lots of palm trees for shade if desired. The food is incredible. And the staff is so friendly. And it's couples only. No loud partying,or singles games. Also, either very elegant or casual, whichever you choose to go. On Mar 1st, their "Fall in Love Again" special starts. Pay for one, the other stays free.

Sandals Whitehouse........huge beach away from the noisier pool area. The food was great with quite a few restaurants to choose from and the ride to and from gives you a great view of the island. We did the Appleton Rum Tour - and the scenery on the way was fabulous. We are not huge party-ers either, this place ft the bill for us.

Has anyone been to Sandals Halcyon? Can you tell me a bit? We've been to Turks & caicos and, while AI's aren't normally our cup of tea, we are so burned out from work, etc. we really want to veg out. No wallets, no worries.
