Providenciales or Anguilla?
I know they are both different but if anyone that is well traveled within the Caribbean could help that would be great!
Are either of these islands places that have good beach bars, where you can walk around the island?
I am looking at Parrot Cay in Providenciales and Cap Juluca in Anguilla.
Thanks!
Shane

Here is my Trip Report for Cap Juluca in Anguilla in April of 2010.

We are going to Sapadilla Bay in T&C in about two weeks... so I can tell you more! However, Cap Juluca was a trip with 'no kids' and T&C is with the kids and extended family so it will probably be different.
Anguilla was simply amazing though. I adored Cap Juluca beach with our private lounge chairs & bartender!

Parrot Cay is a resort on it's own island and there's no beach bars on it. It's boat ride from Provo, the main island.
Anguilla has a sprinkle of beach bars, but none are walkable from any resorts, and not a good island to walk around, everything is extended, so you need transportation.
Provo has a "hub" that you can walk around to bars. Most "Beach Bars" do require transportation though, although there are plenty of beach restaurants.
Provo has some terrific resorts similar to Cap Jaluca, so personally you might want to do a split, 1/2 Provo 1/2 Parrot Cay.
Neither island has much nightlife, and they are quite frankly, really quiet.
