Best yoga is at Parrot Cay.

Gansevoort has a yoga pavilion, but it's a lively resort, especially on the weekends.

Point Grace, while not having yoga, is a very peaceful Zen like property, as is Amanyara.

Club Med is dated, rooms are basic, I personally think it's in need of upgrades, renovations.
Rooms are sparse with no balcony or patio , small windows.

Club Med has it's own personality if you've ever been to one. "crazy sign" aerobics at the pool, raunchy cheesy shows, made to mingle and share tables at meal times.

It can be fun, it's active, has the only nightlife really on the island. They have a trapeze which is fun. Food is buffet style and has certain hours to eat.

Club med is a bargain compared to everywhere else on the island, it is an expensive island overall.

No yoga there.

I was answering questions about yoga, but then CM is way different than other resorts that offer it.

Why don't you ask more general questions to pick a place, budget, time of year, how many nights, who's going, a little bit about tastes on vacations. Your questions are vague and to better help you need to know more.

I am a social worker. 30 years old. I would like to go 5-7 days. On a budget. Relax, great beach, fun stuff to do, read a book, etc... Thanks

Budget is subjective, ball park range would be better. Time of year also helps, as peak season can be up to 3 times as much as non.
You have to consider that Provo is an expensive destination when compared to other islands. It's upscale and luxurious, but quiet and relaxing, never overly crowded. The restaurants are expensive.

It is one of the best beaches in the world, and no vendors or timeshare sellers to bug, so truly relaxing. It's all about the water, so the fun comes from snorkeling and excursions. Nightlife is almost non existent.

Wo are you going with? How do they like to travel?
