Have you checked their web-site:
http://www.beaches.com/specials/
Beaches/Sandals properties are strictly priced and on-line booking agencies can not discount them. The only discount you'll find is what they offer on their site or in the price of airfare.
Sometimes if you book directly with a well established Beaches/Sandals TA they can find you some additional perks that is not listed on their web-site.

The best "bargains" in T&C are usually directly through the resorts. Especially something like Beaches. You're not going to find any "hidden" deals anywhere else for Beaches. T&C usually doesn't have bargains set up with places like Expedia or Orbitz, so call the resort directly to find what's the best.
Are you taking your family? Are you stuck on All Inclusive?
T&C has some ultra luxury resorts that come out cheaper if you're willing to give up AIs.

You might want to consider one of the non AI resorts if you are looking for a bargain. It seems that the big AI resorts cost much more than a regular beachfront hotel. Many of the hotels in T and C are condos that have kitchens which could save you money by eating breakfast and lunch in the room or on the patio.
