Just back from Jamaica. Did site inspections of Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Royal Jamaican, Sandals Inn. Also, Poinciana, Sandals Negril and stayed at Beaches Negril. Willing to answer any questions.

How does the Royal Jamaican look these days? Haven't been there for a few years, but liked it the best of all the Sandals resorts. <BR>

Sandals Royal Jamaican looked quite nice. It was filled with fun loving couples of all ages. The rooms have been recently renovated and the public areas are beautiful. I enjoyed lunch there with my group.

what is the beach like at royal jamaican? also what was your overall opinion of poinciana? beach, rooms, decor etc. thanks!

The beach at Royal Caribbean was scalloped with a jetty type structure about 200 yards off shore. It made for the water to be "bay" like. I didn't really care for it at all. <BR>As for Poinciana...the rooms are in the process of being redecorated. The ones that are done are very pretty...Sandals style. The public areas are pretty as well. The beach is beautiful - long & wider than in MoBay

We were thinking about staying at Beaches Negril with a 7-mo. old. How did you like your stay? Was it very hectic with a ton of children? How is the beach, the rooms, the food? Everything is included? Is is a long way from the airport? We would come from Phila or Newark. Thanks a lot!!

I went to Montego Bay last April the beach was wonderful.Royal Jamacian does not have a big beach and theres a whole reef of erosion not a place for beach goers.
