I have stayed at JB once before about 2yrs. ago and loved it. My husband and I were upgraded to a Harbor Hill Villa after booking a basic room. To this day, we don't know why, nevertheless, we could never afford to repeat that experience. We are considering a return trip this fall(Oct/Nov) and would like to know more details about the JB suites. All we know is that they are new and have plunge pools. We would love to hear more regarding location, noise, any specific requests to try for, etc..Do you get a bike or a golf cart w/ booking? We were SOOO spoiled with the villa that we are trying to get the best room we can afford. Thanks for any help anyone can give.

I suggest you do a search under the screen name "katiekate". I think she has first hand knowledge of the new JB suites and she, too, loves plunge pools.

Penny, has stayed at JB many times and will, IMHO, offer the best advice on any room/suite at Jumby.

Hi Marion, sure you know me I am happy to help! Your correct Katiekate has
stayed in the new suites.

Jumby's new Rosewood Suites are between
The Pondhouse and the Court Yard suites
overlooking the main Jumby beach. They
are set back from the beach, very nice
area. I have not seen them since they
were done--but roamed thru them during
the construction phase. They look to be very nice. No golf cart--but Jumby bikes. I think they also have TV's.

We were just at the hotel in Febuary,
we once again had a wonderful time.

You might have been at Jumby during the Half Moon ownership/management. It is now owned by Jumby Bay owners, and managed by Rosewood. The same wonderful
staff with a few new additions.

Can someone tell me if the tv's in these Jumby Suites have cable/satalite or just tv's to view a dvd. Thanks so much.

ajax-in the villa we stayed in the TV was just set up for DVDs. It may be different in the JB suites.
