Island or resort with golf carts.
This may seem a little strange, but does anyone know of a resort or island where golf carts can easily be used as a mode or transport. I have found Casa de Campo, and Harbor Island. I am asking because my parents do not easily get around, but I want to take them on a trip. They'd have no problem getting from the cart to their final destination, but for just sightseeing or wondering around they's have trouble with some transportation.
Thanks

Well, I have a similar problem, my mom who has degenerative back disease and my neice who is physically handicapped are going with 14 of us to Elbow Cay, Outer Islands in July and they rent golf carts, it is the mode of transportation for visiting the island.
They can go short distances, but not much, so with the golf carts they can go with us from one end of the island to other, they can go to the boat dock and get on boat with us, and get out and go on our day trips with us. Hope this gives you another option.

Jolly Harbour Villas resort, Antigua, (http://www.jollyharbour-marina.com/)has golf carts as well as regular shuttle services from the villas to the commerical centre (shops, restraunts, marina) and you can drive them to the beaches on either side of the resort.
It's villas, rather than a hotel, so not sure if it's what you are looking for, but it's highly recommended!
