Is there a map on any sites of where all the hotels are located (and/or popular restaurants)?

For the entire Carribean?

There are several of those maps for different islands. Try an image google of the name of the island you're interested in. Took about 30 secs to find this one of Providenciales in Turks and Caicos.

Did you have any luck? I found if you searched for aruba map you got a better result.
