Help with accomodations in St Croix or Barbados

We have an airline mile special that allows us to fly to St Croix or Barbados for fewer miles than usual in the beginning of March. We were wondering if anyone knows of a nice place to stay on either island that doesn't cost a bundle. We were thinking of a B&B or an inn. Doesn't have to be on the beach. Trying to stay under $150 a night. Thanks

Try the Hibiscus Beach Hotel on St. Croix. Nice beach and property. Robert

Hibiscus Beach is way over $150 a night. Anyone stay at a reasonable & clean B&B?

In Barbados try Southern Palms Beach Club. We stayed there in Oct and absolutely loved the place. It's in the heart of the St Lawrence Gap so there are a ton of restaurants to walk to at night.

PS SPBC is right on the most lovely beach

Check out a small resort hotel called Peach and Quiet in Barbados. The rates are about $100US per night.
