Grace Bay Accomodation?

I'm going to Grace Bay next month on my own. I would like to be near the "nightlife", so within walking distance of Port of Call. Can anyone recommend an accomodation that would be under $220 and on the beach or if not, very close to the beach.
Thanks!

check out Sibonne. It's a small hotel right on the beach. Rates are in your budget if they aren't already booked.

Good Luch in your search.

Have you ever stayed at Sibonne? Also has anyone out there ever stayed at the Trade Wind or the Caribbean Paradise Inn? Would love some feedback.

Nightlife? What nightlife: T&C has no such thing. And for Ports of CAll just a few eateries and small shops. Nothing fancy but Calico Jack's is a pretty good value. Try the Royal West Indies sometimes they offer specials. Not 2 far of a walk up the beach to PC. Sibonne 2 far from PC if on foot.

Just saw your other post. by all means go 2 Cayman. If by yourself much safer and they offer public transportation until late. I would feel better off in Cayman be myself. Try the Sunshine Suites excellent place if u are on a budget. Excellent bar on property. Walk 100yds to the best beach area on 7 mile.

Just curious, when you say Grand Cayman is "much safer", than T&C, why do you say that?
I'm working on a possible project where T&C or Grand Cayman could be the local, and may have to travel alone.

T&C is one of the safest islands in the Caribbean.

Since you stated that you are on a budget, you may want to check out www.vrbo.com. This is a site where many condo/homeowners rent out their units independently. You will save $ by going this route as many resorts charge an 11-15% resort fee which the owners won't charge! I have successfully rented off of this site many times in many locations. You will find rentals in both Provo and the Cayman Islands on this site. Incidentally, I have been to both the Caymans and Provo and you won't be disappointed with either. Awesome beaches and lots to do on both! Good luck.
