It might help to tell us what types of things you like to do, as well as if you are looking for solitude or socialization. Many options for both in the Caribbean. Did you consider doing a Windjammer Sailboat cruise? Great trip for singles! www.windjammer.com Trish

When my husband and I want to get away from everybody and everything, we seek out little known islands. Some of our best discoveries include Cat Island and Crooked Island, both in the Bahamas. Or Anegada, northernmost of the BVI's. We intentionally seek out places where there are no TV's or telephones in the rooms and there is little more to do than watch a sunset, relax by warm, clear water, read some books and just enjoy "getting away from it all." On all three islands we have seen numerous single travelers, and I must say they look like they are in heaven!
