Dining w/ live entertainment on St Croix?

Does anyone have recommendations for great live shows while staying on St Croix (during dinner)? Local dancing / fire dancers / stilt dancers is the kind of thing I'd like. We'll have several kids with us so I'd like to keep them entertained.

We'll be staying on the north side of STX in December so a nearby location would be nice too if possible.

Thanks!

I would highly recommend the Carambola if they still have the Friday night buffet. The food was fabulous and the entertainment was good with stilt walkers and live music. It is a beautiful location as well.

If you go during a full moon, theres a great full moon party. Live band. Not out of control drunkards either. When you are there, read the Avis(local paper) for some ideas.

Is the Carambola part of the beach resort? I couldn't find anything else online but I realize that's limited information.

The Carambola Friday night buffet was at the resort. If you plan on renting a car, I would highly recommend Judi of Croix which is a local company operated by a couple who live there. They were very helpful in answering all questions about activities, restaurants, etc., by e-mail before we arrived. Their rates for a van were lower than the franchises. They have a website which you should be able to easily find.
