Hello. I would like to take my girlfriend on a cruise in January. Does anyone have suggestions on a cruise line? I'm looking for a cruise line with great service and food, 30 - 40's crowd with a more classic or elegant setting. I went on Carnival a few years ago, but would not do that again. I'm 31 and my girlfriend is 28. We would like to do a Sourthern iteniary departing out of San Juan. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We found Holland America to be very nice. The crowd is older, with many really old, so the evenings are very quiet and relaxed. You might find the average to be a bit too old however. We are early 50s and were among the younger end of the scale I think. However for a very classy experience HA was great

I like Royal Caribbean.
