At Cuisinart there is a one-mile jogging course with stretching stations. There are also daily group exercise classes. At Cap Juluca, there are daily exercise classes and they do have a running course mapped out, but it goes off property. Cuisinart just seems "sportier" because if you watch people on the beach, you will see mostly couples holding hands on Maunday's Bay where on RendezVous Bay you see more people jogging.
Spa services are available at both hotels. At Cuisinart you actually go to a separate building for the services. At Cap Juluca, they come to your room to set up the massage table on the patio or in the room. The services are very good at both hotels. I'm told they use the same service when they need to call in extra help during busy times, so it's possible to have the same masseuse at either location.
No mosquito problem at Cap Juluca. Coils are plugged in every night by he housekeeper to prevent that from being a problem. Off is provided in the room as well as available at the restaurants and bars.
Bot hotels have very large marble bathrooms. At Cap Juluca, if you are on an end unit, you have an outdoor solarium for private sunbathing.

If I may add about the CJ rooms- I believe that they are all beachfront. We didn't even encounter one mosquito. And ALR is correct that the end unit junior suites have outdoor solariums for private sunbathing. The middle junior suites (at least the one we had) has a private rooftop deck. Our bathroom, although it didn't have the indoor/outdoor feature, was still beautiful.
