Cable Beach

Was thinking of going to Nassau for Thanksgiving week. About 5yrs ago my husband on a business trip stayed at the Raddison/Cable Beach all inclusive he enjoyed it very much. I have read not so good things since then. Anyone been there recently. I am leaning towards all inclusive something I have never done before because of my 17yr old who has an appetite. Any suggestions

I strongly advise against going here. The beach is filthy. It is full of sea grass and fire coral. The hotel is rundown. Overall, I would avoid Nassau all together.

I have not been to Cable Beach in a long time, however it was very dirty when I was there. I guess it has not improved.

We've gone to the Radisson 3 times in the last 6 years and are returning next week. While the hotel itself shows some "tired" areas, we don't find it (or the area "dirty&quot. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful as is the beach.

I have been to Cable Beach many times and the beaches were always clean and beautiful and the water was very tranquil.

I was just there a few weeks ago, nothing dirty about it. The grounds and the staff make this a very enjoyable vacation spot.
The building is a bit old, but renovations have begun. This hotel, as well as the Wyndham and NBH have been slated to be totally renovated and become part of a new large scale Cable Beach Project to compete with Atlantis.
