Bermuda Dining
Looking for a great restaurant with great food and a great atmosphere - not too formal, dress wise. We are staying in Warwick so anything in that area or a cabride to Hamilton would work just fine.
Also, I hear that Elbow beach has the best location and atmosphere for a nice luncheon. Thoughts?

Look at Blu at Belmont Hills. It's on our favorites list. If you're in to sushi and upscale oriental, I like Harbourfront too. Elbow Beach Resort is a great setting, however as far as dining there goes, I have only had lunch at Mickey's on the beach and it's kind of over-rated IMHO.

The lighthouse has undergone some mgmnt and menu changes and isn't the same - haven't eaten there since the changes. We like Specialty Inn on South Shore for breakfast, diner-style, packed with locals. Get the homemade rolls or bread if you have a choice. They're closed on Sundays.

No problem! Take South Shore Road back towards Hamilton, but instead of going to town, stay on South Shore to Smith's Parish. Specialty is at the Collector's Hill traffic light, on the right, between the pharmacy and the grocery store. Bike parking out front. If you get a bus map for reference, you'll be looking for the yellow #1 route. If you get a breakfast sandwich or toast, ask for the homemade bread or rolls. It's seat-yourself, and gets crazy busy around 10am on Saturdays (open 6am-10pm) - they also do excellent pizza.
