No , but we were just at RIU NEGRIL on Bloody Bay and it was awesome , best service, great private beach !!

I have seen Beachcomber many times but have not stayed there. It is in a good location and there are several good places to eat nearby. You may be able to get more info if you post on www.negril.com

I know a couple of people that love it, apparently their rooms are really spacious. I have only passed it and for me, it's too far up the beach away from everything.
I think Norma's Restaurant is based there...it gets excellent reviews, but of course you don't have to stay there to eat there.

Actually Norma's is based out of SeaSplash further up the beach past the Treehouse. There is a restaurant called Gambino's Italiano out of the Beachcomber. The food is supposed to be pretty good. The Beachcomber is in a great location! My favorite stretch of beach runs from Fun Holiday to SeaSplash. I have heard that the rooms are spacious, as well. It sustained some damage in Ivan and was closed for a while. I am sure everything is fine, now, however.
