OK, can't miss for sightseeing. Flower Forest and Andromeda Gardens are two of the most spectacular tropical garden/forest sights anywhere. One visitor noted in their guest book, "If I owned Paradise and Flower Forest, I'd rent out Paradise and live in Flower Forest," Harrison's Cave, the wildlife preserve, and two beautifully maintained old plantation houses, Francia Plantation and Sunbury Plantation. Mt.Gay rum factory. East coast road.

The best restaurant on the island is the Lone Star, with The Cliff being a close second. Both are on the west coast, right on the water. I agree that the Oistins Fish Fry is a great time.
If you are looking for "outdoors" stuff, there is some very good golf (Sandy Land & Royal Westmoreland) and good snorkling/decent diving (High Tide Watersports is a good dive outfit).
