Aruba - good restaurants for veggies

Hi all - My husband and I just booked our first trip to Aruba! We'll be staying in the Palm Beach area for 5 days/4nights at the Westin over Christmas. I'm a vegetarian (no meat/seafood/poultry; dairy/eggs is fine though), while my husband eats everything!Does anyone have any good restaurant suggestions that would have options for the both of us? Mexican, Asian, Italian and Continental, I'm assuming, would be good bets for us.

We're looking for both casual and upscale restaurants. Let me know if reservations are required or we can book a day or two ahead from the hotel when we get there. I believe the Westin also has some good choices in-house. Thanks in advance!

There are many, many good Italian restaurants on Aruba where you can get various salads, eggplant and cheese dishes, pizza, and pasta. Stay away from the hotel restaurants, generally.

Texas de Brazil has a gigantic salad bar that you can get with or without the meat course. So that might work for both of you. It's a short walk from the Westin. There are sooooo many restaurants in the area of the Westin you will have no problem finding what you want. You will be right across the street from about 10 restaurants.

there is a great Italian restaurant called Gianni's, across the street from the radisson. That is within easy walking distance from your hotel.
You certainly would be able to find something to eat there.
someone mentioned Texas de Brazil. That is a little furhter down the boulevard.
We ate at Amazonia, also within walking distance from your hotel.
It's also a churrasco restaurant so there is lots of selection of meats. The salad bar is terrific though. My husband filled himself up on plate after plate of the salad offerings and then hardly had room for the meat.
