1st Choice for Resort in Jamaica

Which resort do you consider to be the very best in Jamaica? Preferably in Montego Bay area or Negril. Have been to the Riu in Negril. I'm looking for an all inclusive but really want a 5 star property. Any suggestions?

Beaches Royal Plantation in Ocho Rios. Best rooms, food, and service I've ever had on the island.

The top resort in Jamaica is Ritz in MoBay. Half Moon, also in MoBay, is a close second as it was on top until the Ritz came along.

The two Grand Lido's, San Souci in Ocho Rios and GL Negril, are also ranked amoung the best in the Caribbean. Beaches Royal Plantation gets very favorable reviews but there is also Tryall and The Caves - smaller resort in Negril on the cliffs.

In general, Negril is by far the nicer side of Jamaica.
Eric,

Personal choice is a villa at Tryall followed by Jamaica Inn in Ocho Rios (though I see Ochie isn't on your list).
Based on all feedback, I'd have to put Ritz at Rose Hall at the top of the list, too.
