Whistler-Victoria-Vancouver Ferry Question
After reading several posts on this site and reading a couple of guide books and consulting the ferry schedule, I need some advice on which ferries to use.
Does it make sense to use the Horseshoe Bay-Departure Bay between Whistler and Victoria and then the Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay ferry between Victoria and Vancouver or should we use the Tsawwassen-Swartz Bay Ferry for both crossings? Thanks..

Assuming you have a car, I would catch the ferry from Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay / Nanaimo, and then drive the couple of hours down the east coast of Vancouver Island to Victoria.
To get from Victoria to Vancouver, I would catch the Swartz Bay - Tsawwasen ferry.

Departure Bay is in the city of Nanaimo (Vancouver Island). There is no ferry terminal in Whistler, but the closest one is Horseshoe Bay (1.5 hours south of Whistler, 30 minutes north-west of Vancouver).
