I am planning to surprise my girlfriend and fly to Quebec City for a weekend to propose. What would you recommend as a romantic hotel in the city? I am currently looking at Hotel Dominion.

In my view, this is the best and most romantic hotel in the city.....and you are overlooking and close to everything in Old Quebec.<BR><BR>Have a look at www.fairmont.com and find Quebec City - there is info on the Chateau Frontenac.<BR><BR>She'll be impressed.
