Visiting NOTL in beginning of Nov.

We will be visiting NOTL in the beginning of November and are wondering what weather we may encounter. We have never been to the Falls or area, and are wondering if it will be too cold to enjoy... Your comments are appreciated.

Actually, November is into the "dreary" Canadian weather. Most likely, it will be overcast and quite chilly. If you're lucky, it will be sunny and quite chilly. So long as you are dressed comfortably for being out and about, it will not be too cold to enjoy.

If you dress for cool temperatures (say 5C)it will be fine and there will not be large crowds. I find the falls more interesting in the dead of winter when there is ice on the river.

NOTL is the "Banana Belt" of Southern Ontario, which has very mild weather compared to the rest of Central Canada.

You will have a great time. If you are lucky, it will be cold and you can join the harvest of grapes for ice wine!
