Vancouver transportation from Port to Airport
We are coming from a Cruise at the Port of Vancouver, with Holland America Cruises, and must go quickly to the Airport. Which is the best way to?
Thank for you attention,

Taxi will take approx 30 min depending on the day and time of day.
Skytrain takes 38 minutes. The skytrain is easy to use and to wheel your luggage onto the train.
However, depending on the amount of luggage you have, it might be easier to take a taxi than to manhandle large or numerous suitcases onto the Skytrain.

It can also be a little tricky to find the train station, but other than that it was easy, and fast.
Agree that you need to consider luggage handling since you need to drag your luggage a few blocks from Canada Place to the station.

I live in Vancouver and it totally depends on the time of day. If it is rush hour (4:30-6pm) then you will be faster on the Canada Line. Downtown to Richmond at this time of day could take you an hour depending on traffic. That's a big cab fare and a lot of time in the car.
During the day it's a toss up - pay more for the convenience of taxi being right there and pay a bit more? Or take your bags a few blocks, get a nice ride on our "new" Canada Line and save the cash?
