Special foodie night in Toronto

In OCtober, my husband and I will be in Toronto for a concert. We don't get away very much so I would like to book a special restaurant for us to enjoy. We are both "foodies" - that is we enjoy fine dining. I have looked at different places, and some of the top of my list include: Canoe, Lee, Madeline's, Colborne Lane. Can someone shed some light please??

I've never eaten at any you note except Canoe but if it's a Sat or Sunday night, Canoe isn't open.

Lees has great food. Their attitude can be snooty but food is good.
