Silver Star for big family
10 of us actually! Please name a reasonable hotel or condo that can fit us all -- a bonus --- and is close to the runs so that the kids may come and go on their own. --another bonus would be a kitchen!
Is there such a place?
We've never been to Silver Star or Big White but we're hoping to use our Hemlock passes that appear to be useless for this season (since the gov't appears to be pulling the plug on the operation). Two years in a row we bought tix for 5 in our family that we couldn't use
We'd love to hear from some of you who've been.
Thank you.

We have been to SS and will be travelling back there at the end of December for a week, then onto BW for another week.
We have booked through http://www.mountainvacationhomes.ca - they will have a condo your size - do a search. We are staying at the Creekside apartments - too small for you, although the Townhomes may suit. They are a little out of the village - but suits us as it is still ski in/out and overlooks one of the night skiing runs and lifts - the Silver Queen. Be aware that some of the properties are a fair walk (uphill) from the village. There are property location maps available on the web site I have given you and tyou can email them for further details of the properties.
SS is a great ski experience and has something for all levels. The village is built on a Victorian era theme and is not too big - the kids won't get lost!
Have fun bc teachers - from an Aussie teacher!!
