Quebec B&B or Inn, recommendations, please

(This message was posted in Canada general, so I'm re-posting to "Quebec.) Have 3 nights in Quebec early October. Would like to be in "walled city" or close by. En suite bath required, windows that open and parking helpful. Any recommendations for something nice, $150 US or less per night, good location and good breakfast? Thank you. Fodor's messages helped me pick the Hotel Beacon in NYC a couple of years ago and it was perfect!

I noticed you posted a couple times now and without any responses, wondered if you had checked
http://www.tripadvisor.com

Under Quebec City there is a separate category for inns and B&B's with listings for accomodations like these two, if you wanted to have a look.

http://www.gitedelamontagne.com/

http://www.marquisedebassano.com/

They both seem to be just what you're looking for and have very good reviews from past visitors.

Someone else may have some personal recommendations, but hope it helps.

Try Maison Historique James Thompson B&B (http://www.bbcanada.com/2055.html?showpage=1). I believe they have one or two rooms with ensuite baths. Their rates range from $65 to $100 CDN per night and include a free full breakfast. They are in a great location inside the walled city and parking is available.

I would also recommend the James Thompson. If he's full, there are several other small b&b's and hotels right nearby on Rue St. Ursule.

Thank you all, I've booked at the James Thompsoh (prices are now 100 to 118 CAD). Thanks for all the help.
