Parking in Old Montreal?
In early May, I plan to make a daytrip from Vermont into Montreal to visit the old quarter. My goal is to visit as many of the old churches as possible and soak in the atmosphere of this quarter.
I'm looking for suggestions of where to park where I can easily get to and then leave and head back to Vermont when I am done. Hoping to find a place that is budget friendly, safe and has decent size parking spots. I will not valet. Some of the places I've seen online look like a mosh pit of valet parked cars.
Thanks in advance for suggestions. I'm not opposed to parking somewhere a little way away from the old quarter if it's right by a Metro stop that would take me to the quarter.

There is lots of parking available, most don't have a web site.
Palais de Congress , Palais de Justice, Square Victoria , Marché Bonsecours, all have parking.
Indigo operates parking lots in the Old Montreal area, for example:
