Same to you, Borealis - we're just waiting to take our pumpkin pies out of the oven. Don't think they're calorie-free, though - considering all the yummy stuff we put in them!

And to you. Our autumn days are a little soggy here on the west coast... and so are my pumpkin pies usually, so I think we'll just buy one.

Good luck to all Royal Victoria Marathon runners on Sunday!

Thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving to you too, and all our fellow Canadians.
I think ALL pumpkin pies are calorie free! They just have to be, don't they? It's a great day in southern Ontario. Perfect for a drive to see the colours, and then home to a big turkey dinner.
Everybody, enjoy!

And may I include a very happy Thanksgiving Day to all, from a very thankful person, living in the best place on earth ... Victoria, British Columbia.

Thank you for all the good wishes; I am a canadian visiting New York city this week so I did not have to cook my turkey dinner today.
