Float Plane Trips to Hunlen Falls (Bella Coola/Tweedsmuir Park)
We'll be in Bella Coola at the end of September for 4 nights. DH would like to take a float plane trip to Hunlen Falls, but doesn't want just a flyover, and also would rather not drive back over "the Hill" to Nimpo Lake just to fly back towards Tweedsmuir Park for this tour, and then drive back over "the Hill" in the evening.
Does anybody know of a float plane excursion leaving from Bella Coola going up to Hunlen Falls? We would prefer to land on Turner Lake (top of falls), spend some time there and fly back. I envision a half-day to full-day trip.
Am looking online and have just sent out a couple of inquiries, but as usual, y'all are the best source for firsthand advice.
