drive from mont tremblant to quebec city

We are staying in Mont Tremblant and I was wondering how long of a drive is it to Quebec City? Thank you in advance.

372km each way, almost all freeway. But go through northern part of Montreal, where traffic can be bad, depending on time of day. I don't think you can, or should, do it as a day trip.
