Regina's nice in July. Sun is still up well into the evening, and you can see forever, just like the rest of your married life.

And then there will be a beautiful sunset.

Consider the Prince of Wales in Niagara on the Lake... once you get there you can enjoy the village, take in a play at the Shaw fest, take a bus or bike wine tour, enjoy fine dining and side trip to the falls or casinos.... there's nothing like vineyards and a little vino to help the lovin'.

Where are you flying from? to?

I second Niagara on the Lake. Lots of romantic things to do.

Or Montreal or Quebec City would be great too.

We will probably fly from Atlanta.

No decision on where to fly to yet.

Open for ideas....Never been to Canada....

What would be the easiest trip? What airport do you suggest?

If you are coming from Atlanta and just for three days I would say fly to Montreal. It is definitely romantic and you could easily get by without a car if you stay downtown. There are lots of threads on here on great hotels and restaurants if you search using Montreal. I dont think you will be one bit disappointed.

Just catching up to this thread...

There are some lovely, top-rated hotels in Old Montreal, joebear. Give us some idea of your budget. You're cutting it pretty close, time-wise, at this point so you might want to check out:

Hotel Nelligan
Hotel Saint Sulpice (suites, and a personal favourite of mine)
Hotel XIXe Siecle
Auberge de Vieux-Port
Hotel Place des Armes

I prefer to stay in Old Montreal but, of course, there are many many other hotels both there and in the city proper.

The airport for Niagara on the Lake is Buffalo Niagara International...the rental car with a 30 minute drive to Canada through Niagara Falls... you could renew your vows in the wedding chapel...

Thank you those look great. Looks like I can get a room for my dates.

What about the Hiltons/Doubletrees? I have points and am considered using them.
