Skiergirl! Good news about our Boy!

Well, Skiergirl I'm happy to relate that this week's Who magazine downunder here, has a story on our boy Hugh!

I do believe that it is the same story that was covered in the US People magazine.

So all's well that ends well and my fridge just looks better all the time!!!

Yay! A Thanksgiving miracle. And I just read that Hugh will be returning to Broadway in MY CITY for a show about Harry Houdini. Word on the street is that he is already learning magic tricks. So he will be living in my vicinity for quite some time, and my mom says she will get us tickets as soon as they become available. You will just have to come and visit when the show comes to town.

Glad your fridge is looking all pretty with our boyfriend plastered on the front.

BTW-I was at Thanksgiving dinner tonight and learned that one of the guests was hired by Hugh to be his realtor (about 4 years ago) but the arrangement ending up falling through. So close!

Yes Skiergirl I just heard about Harry Houdini on the news this morning as well.

Well, it's a date then - I will just HAVE to go to New York to see him of course and maybe get a chance to meet you as well.

All's good with the world Skiergirl!

Yes & if "Australia" doesn't work as Tourism Australia hopes then their only only hope may well be Harry Houdini.
They should have been using Hugh long ago, he is a star!

Even if the movie sucks I will still come to Australia as often as I can.

I was just there in March 2008 - Sydney and Tasmania (5th trip in 7 years) but hope to return within the next year-year and a half. I was thinking South Africa in 2010 for a major birthday but I'll see what's going on there first. I have my eye on a spa retreat in Queensland and then a week in Sydney catching up with friends and shopping!!!

Skiergirl, there's a very lovely retreat - Gwinganna - in the Gold Coast hinterland that you might like. It's menus are totally organic; food is absolutely sensational, great range of activities to do (or not), and some excellent practitioners of various disciplines in the new Spa.

Oh yes ... and did I mention Hugh Jackman & his wife are shareholders and visit reasonably frequently?
(and No - I'm not associated with it ... but have been a couple of times and it's seriously good. ) With or without Hugh & Deborah Lee

That's the resort I'm talking about! I read somewhere that Hugh went (goes) there, but that's not why it interested me unless of course he just so happens to be there when I get there. I like spa vacations where I can be active but also relax. It looks like a great fit. I could that holiday RIGHT NOW but unfortunately it's not going to happen so quickly.

He & Deborah Lee bought into it about 18mths ago. The Spa is absolutely gorgeous - built "in the round" from recycled timbers. There are two pools, one an infinity just outside the dining room. The setting is lovely, and there were very tame wallabies grazing on the grass outside my room most evenings & early mornings.
Plenty of kookaburras to laugh as you saunter/struggle on the early morning walks. They probably won't be a novelty to you as I see you've been to Sydney a few times, and we have lots of them. In fact, I was just handfeeding one on my deck about an hour ago.

Are you thinking what I'm thinking Skiergirl. This could be our chance - united - oh I am so up for this.

You've got to come down here now! This spa place is just down the road from me (well sort of but not very far).
