Repeat tourists to NZ are quite the norm.

We are on our third visit this year. Of all the countries we have visited, NZ is by far the most geared up for toursism.
Given this snippet in that article - "Next year Queenstown will host 10,000 Chinese Amway sellers", glad I didn't choose next year! How will Queenstown cope?

The Amway visitors will arrive over many months beginning in autumn, 500 at a time, not all at once. This year, Queenstown geared up for Chinese New Year tourists, but many went to Wanaka instead, and Queenstown was left with more vacancies than expected over the Chinese New Year.

They're continually building new hotels in Queenstown. Housing for workers is a big problem.
