Luxury discounts in Oz

I'm looking for agent/website that offers discounts on P & O properties in Australia (Silky Oaks, Lizard Island, Bedarra Island). Anyone know of anything cheaper than the retail rates I've found at their website as well as the same rates at agent's sites.
Also looking for discounts on the Indian Pacific rail line in Oz. Everyone has same price as the Australian train website.

I'm also looking for a reputable site that offers discounted rates for the Four Seasons Sydney (formerly the Regent). Thanks.

Thanks everyone. Although I'm still not finding any discounts for P&O properties I'd not looked at luxurylink in a couple of years and found that they might be able to help me elsewhere. If anyone has ever found a good deal on dealing with P&O, I'd sure like to hear about it. Also, any input on Bedarra vs Lizard would be appreciated.

When I went to Lizard a couple of months ago globalnettravel.com.au offered good rates well below the P&O prices. But it doesn't look like they offer lower prices now. I think it's because I went during a slower part of the year (April)as only 30-40% of rooms were booked.

Do you remember how far ahead you booked? We won't be there until late September so maybe they aren't able to offer cheaper rates now.

10 days. a little rushed. but i think it had more to do with the time of year than the number of days advanced booking.
September is still the high season for those areas and therefore I doubt you will get any discounts. The biggest discount is that the Australian $ is only worth half of the US $ - what more do you want?
If you are Canadian then you are still getting a discount on your money. Just being there in the tropics and in this fantastic area is in itself enough of an incentive let alone the low Aussie $

Try travellmall.com.au - they offer a 10% discount on rates if you book 7 nights or more with them ( in any hotel/hotels) off Lizards web rates.
also the Andrew Harper Q club ( andrewharper.com) has negotiated r ates with Lizard. but there is a joining fee though.

The previous poster mentioned www.travelmall.com.au. They have lots of hotels listed they have contracted with. Compare the rates with other sources & you will find their rates are very good & in most cases there is also a 10% discount for all bookings over 7 days except for super-duper hotel discount deals. In addition to hotels their site lists tours & vehicle rentals. I did my own itinerary, chose my own hotels, etc & booked them through travelmall. A 7 week trip went off without a hitch. The hotels were waiting for me with card made out, I presented my paid voucher, & absolutely no problems. Check them out & compare.
