KST SYDNEY SHUTTLE
WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS HAD ANY PROBLEM BOOKING A TRIP ONLINE WITH KST. I'VE TRIED TO BOOK TWICE WITH NO RETURN CONTACT/CONFIRMATION AND WHEN I SPOKE TO SOMEONE IN PERSON THEY TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO THE WEBSITE AND REBOOK. I EVEN ASKED IF I COULD SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT MY FIRST BOOKING AND WAS TOLD "SHE'S AT LUNCH". DOESN'T GIVE ME A GOOD FEELING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS OR INFO. THANKS.

It's a couple of years since we were there, but we booked our KST shuttle at the airport when we landed. Desk in the arrivals hall.
Can't see the point in pre booking.
However I'm sure others may have some more recent experiences.
Good luck

Hi there,
You don't say if this is to get TO the airport or FROM the airport. But I am going to assume it's FROM.
There is no need to book in advance. Just pitch up. I'd like to tell you that you'll see plenty of signs at arrivals pointing you to the shuttle. But you won't. Seems like Sydney Airport is trying as hard as it can to marginalise it.
But a shuttle does exist, though not sure it still operates under the name KST. Suggest heading towards one of the "meet and greet" or information desks, and asking.
Of course, new signage may have appeared since I last used it in late June 2008.
It is outrageous that the shuttle is now so difficult to find. But persevere and you'll be OK.
Cheers.
