Drive from Makay to Eungella
Hello everyone,
My Wife and I are coming to Queensland in late October for three weeks -- we have made the basic travel plans, thanks in great part with the help of the generous advise from people on this forum earlier this year.
One new question. We start our trip flying from Los Angeles to Brisbane, then move to a local flight to the Makay area where we plan on spending the next four nights getting settled into the time change. I expect to be a bit tired and still getting used to driving on the 'other side of the road' so I am wondering what the drive is like from Makay to Eungella National Park. Eungella looks like a great plece to settle in and rest up for a couple of days before we head north to the Airlie Beach/Whitsundays area. Your thoughts?
