What Things to do on a weekend in Tokyo?
We will be in Tokyo for 10 days in early April 2019.
We are planning Following day trips
Mt Fuji and Hakone (2days)
Nikko (1 day)
Kamakura/Enoshim (1 day)
About 5 days in nothernTokyo., Central Tokyo and Western Tokyo.
Out of those which one for the Weekend of 6-7 April 2019.

Generally, I suggest staying in the city on weekends and going to the country mid-week. That would apply to Hakone.
There is a JR limited express train (Nikko 1) that goes from JR Shinjuku station to Tobu Nikko station. It departs at 7:30 AM. The return train is at 16:37. It could be convenient, depending on where you are staying. I have read that it is popular and all seats are reserved.
Oh, I thought those trains only ran on weekends but hyperdia shows them on at least a couple of weekdays around April 6. Maybe they are special for cherry blossom season.
