I would assume you'd just want to go to a dressmaker and have it custom made for you.

Lots of wedding shops/places on Soi Tonglor(Sukhumvit 55) selling wedding dresses(Western style) and planning as well.

Listen to Hanuman - he's a local.

There are, no doubt, places that will make you a wedding dress in 24 hours - and it will look like it. You could likely have one made in a week or less that would be lovely. Unless you are tiny, the chances that you will find a ready-made dress that will come close to fitting you are small.

soi 55 would be my suggestion but remember most thais are tiny so you probably will want a custom made gown...

jim thompson for expensive ones
any good woman's tailor for normal prices
maybe cotton house in the OP Place behind the oriental hotel

ask in the big malls

Banglampu is a district of Bangkok and without being specific then it's hard to comment. I guess there are wedding shops/places there as well as Bangrak, Bangpoo, Bangpoon etc.
