Two days in Tokyo
We are two couples in our 60s and 70s, going to Tokyo for the first time in the middle of April for 3nights and 2days on the way to Singapore (cruise).What is the best area to stay,(we are looking for a budget hotel)? What can we see in just two days?

We are not visiting Tokyo during our cruise.It's just a stopover during a flight.
