Travel Quotations
A bit of time on my hands at the moment on our RTW trip so I thought I would share a few of my favourite travel quotations (prompted by a tee shirt bought en route with the following logo:
Not all those who wander are lost. ~J.R.R. Tolkien
Others favourites include:
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Lao-tzu,
There are only two emotions in a plane
nbsp; boredom and terror. -Orson Welles
Travelers never think that they are the foreigners. Mason Cooley
and of course my favourite:
All roads lead to the Marriott Royal Garden Riverside. rkkmk!!
Anyone have any others?

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the places and moments that take our breath away
Life's a journey, not a destination
The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.
I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list.
Every exit is an entry somewhere else
"Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry, but by demonstrating that all peoples cry, laugh, eat, worry, and die, it can introduce the idea that if we try and understand each other, we may even become friends." - Maya Angelou

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." -- Mark Twain
