I'm doing this same trip on Jan 15th. Please report anything I need to know when you get back. Are you by chance going to Angkor Wat? If so, I will be interested to find out if you took the side trip to Burma.
Have a wonderful wonderful trip and I can't wait to hear all about it.

Just returned from the trip to Thailand and our first OAT adventure. It was a fast moving adventure for sure; so much to see and do daily. Our senses were at peak~
They no longer offer Grand Circle tours; I'm sure their hotels were finer but OAT was okay. Good locations and acceptably clean.
It was a fast paced tour; what we expected and wanted.
Unfortunately we got bad colds that turned into pneumonia but we should be ready to depart for Australia in 3 weeks.
All we need is a "Scotty" to beam us up as the flight is the worst part of every trip!!!!
We rated Oat's Thailand, Excellent in every respect.
Happy Travels
