Haneda is one of my favorite airports in the world. It’s about 20 km from the Four Seasons and the ride should take you about 30 minutes and cost around $70, maybe more depending on traffic and tolls.

You'll spend hours on a crowded flight getting to Japan, and plan to use trains for your inter-japan travel, but you won't take a bus because you're a solitary man? Plus all your posts refer to "we" so I assume that you are traveling with someone else.
There are two ways to avoid lifting your bags while traveling from Narita or Haneda; taxi and limo bus. There is just one way to do it in semi-solitude; a taxi.
Glad you were able to work it out from Haneda.
